You will work with the sales director and the junior salesengineers from other regions.
Key Responsibilities:
Technical Expertise:
Develop an in-depth understanding of our products/services, including their features, capabilities, and benefits.
Customer Engagement:
Collaborate with the sales team to identify and engage potential customers, building strong relationships based on trust and credibility.
Needs Analysis:
Conduct comprehensive needs assessments to understand customer requirements and challenges, and tailor product demonstrations accordingly.
Solution Presentation:
Create compelling and customized product presentations, showcasing how our solutions address specific customer needs.
Technical Support:
Provide pre-sales technical support, answer customer inquiries, and offer solutions to technical challenges.
Competitive Analysis:
Stay informed about industry trends, competitors' offerings, and market changes to provide insights and recommendations.
Customer Feedback:
Gather customer feedback and communicate it to the product development team for continuous improvement.
Sales Support:
Assist in closing deals by addressing technical objections and concerns, and participating in negotiations as needed.
Profiel Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field (e.g., Engineering or related).
Previous experience as a SalesEngineer or similar role for at least 3 years on an international level Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Excellent organizational and time management skills Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to customer challenges.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and marketing.
